ANA IVANOVIC IN THE BANK OF THE WEST CLASSIC 2014

Ana will take on world No. Sabine Lisicki in the first round of the Bank of the West Classic, which begins in Stanford on Monday. 

 The pair met at Wimbledon last month, with the German emerging victorious in three sets. Fifth-seeded Ana will meet a qualifier or Yanina Wickmayer if she reaches round two. In the quarter-finals she may face top seed Serena Williams. No.4 seed Victoria Azarenka is a potential semi-final opponent, The seeded players in the bottom half of the draw, whom Ana cannot play until the final, are No.2 Agnirszka Radwanska, No.3 Angelique Kerber, No.6 Dominika Cibulkova and No.8 Andrea Petkovic.
